Brio-compatible turntable - D size

The original had 12 connection points with a relative angle of 30 degrees. Since Brio curve tracks are 45 degrees, this made actually using all the connection points challenging. This set has 8 connection points with a relative angle of 45 degrees.

I also increased the overall size of the turntable so that end-to-end length with connectors is the same as a D-size ‘long straight’ track.
