Voron Can Bus z-chain move

After doing the can bus conversion on my Voron I found that the z chain was too close for comfort to the back of the can bus board.

To this end I decided to re-use one of the x/y chains to just pass the A/B motor cables up.

Obviously, this requires use the modified klicky mount - but why wouldn't you be klicky?

Well to answer my own question there is now TAP, so I've added a “No Mount” option.

Updated heatset insert size to “standard” 4.7mm
