G-Tube Teddy Bear Model
Use this model to give Teddy a G-tube. Includes both a low profile and long G-tube. For medical play and normalization.

Description
PDFattach to teddy by cutting a ½ inch slit in the bears abdomen. First insert the plate and position it on the other side of the hole. Then snap the tab on the main part through the hole and plate. Adding some hot glue to the hole before this will make it more permanent.
You can connect the long tube with any 1/8"OD tube or wire using the holes on both parts.
