Fun fidget! I scaled Z up to 180% for added strength. Nice mechanism and excellent model!

@mobiobi Thanks for sharing your print!
New print, this time with 200% scale on Z. Additionally, I scaled the X and Y axes on the spur gear to 99.3% for a slightly tighter mesh on the gears. This one works really well with no slipping of the gear teeth.

@Uenbzsto Forgot to mention, I also used ironing for the top surfaces of the spur gear and blades. That makes them very smooth on both sides for low friction. (edited)
With the extra Z scale it's nice and chunky. Printed in Polymaker Matte mint green PLA and Hatchbox wood fill PLA.

Fun print. I've had some issues with flexibility of the upper and lower rings causing teeth to slip and too much drag on the sliding surfaces, so I am re-printing with Z scaled 200% and using ironing to see if that helps.

@Uenbzsto Hi nice print, I had the issue with slipping only with the teeth without the extra leg. In your print you used the riggid ones so I don't know why they still slip. Are they rotating freely?
@Dynamite Yeah the pivots are rotating freely. I think the PLA I used is just rather flexible and it allows the front and back rings to flex out of plane.
@kevinbish15 WOW nice print, I like the colors!
