There actually isn't a defined difference between the keychains and the christmas ornaments. Instead you will find one with the cocking rod attached to the beavertail, and one where the cocking rod is free floating. The file with the attached rod should be more durable and I used that design when printing very small key chains in color changing PLA. The free floating cocking rod is great for larger sizes or tpu prints.

When scaling the size of the artwork, be mindful of the hoses in the front pneumatics and to make sure they match your nozzle size and it prints well. 

If there is ever a weak point on these designs it's the barrel, so make sure you add enough top layers so that your print is strong.
