Storage Case for AVHzY CT-3 USB Power Meter Tester

This is a storage case for the Avhzy CT-3 USB power meter.  This is for the aluminum version but I suspect the non-aluminum version will fit (I need someone to verify that).  There are a few other meters that are basically the same thing so it might fit for those also.  I am missing a magnet in the picture I took… I need to find the rest of the magnets I ordered.  It actually holds pretty well with just one side with magnets.

I use 6mm x 3mm round magnets.  Actual measured dimensions of the magnets with a caliper don't match the specs though.  I measured them as 2.67mm x 6mm.  Search for “diymag 6x3mm magnets” on amazon.  Not sure if they change slightly in size over the years.  I bought mine from DIYMAG on amazon in 2018.
 

You use a piece of filament for the hinge pin.  Cheap and easily replaceable.

I used 2 different colors pausing after layer 4 (0.2mm layer height).

When printing do not use support.  It will get inside the hinge pin area and the lettering.  I set Cura's Horizontal expansion to -0.08mm and Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion to -0.13 to bring the outer walls in toward the inside wall to adjust for expansion of plastic on the outside of the walls where there is no plastic that it is extruded against.  You can adjust Horizontal Expansion (more negative to increase hole size slightly and more positive to tighten them up.

I used thick gel superglue to glue the magnets into place.

If you print one make sure to do a make of it and show it off.
