Made the knobs in matterhackers white PLA with 0.15mm layer height on a 0.4mm nozzle. i didn't make them with supports so i needed to clean up the bottom a bit, would use tree supports next time instead. They fit on the rotary encoder i with enough tightness to stay in place.
These switch blockers are FANTASTIC!!I was getting slightly annoyed that I wanted to go from 6 columns to 5 on the corne but needed a new build... but this achieves the same feel as having 5 columns. I can now move my hand around knowing that I'm triggering the outer column and not using the 6th which I had unbound.
Another advantage is that I now have a colorway options on these covers which I can match to a skirt for the case which I'm keen to try as it should be aesthetically pleasing
The size is ever so slightly too large, but I ended up securing them with a smidge of bluetac where it contacts the top plate and it's invisible and solid (edited)
