This is a lightly modified version of the original "Ender 2 Pro - Raspberry Pi Case" by spuder.  That case was originally designed for the Raspberry Pi 3B+.  While it does allow the Raspberry Pi 4 to mount properly and provide access to the USB & ethernet ports, other ports were either blocked or required larger cutouts to more easily access.  This model provides more generous cutouts for:

CutoutComments
EXP4 port on the Ender 2 Pro rear displayCable that came with my Ender 2 Pro
would not pass through at all on original model
Micro SD accessEasier to insert & remove
Camera connectionBlocked completely on original model
Display connectionShares the larger cutout of Micro SD access
Display ribbon routingSlightly taller and wider
USB-C power cable routingAllows for larger gauge cables, in case the official Raspberry Pi 4 cable is not used

  • The Raspberry Pi 4 requires M2.5 mounting hardware, but the original model is made for M3 mounting hardware.  Despite that, you can still use four M3 8mm screws to secure the Raspberry Pi 4 into this remixed case, but it will take a bit more force.  I then used the four additional M3 x 8mm screws to secure the new rear display case holder to the board and original front case.
  • If the heads of your M3 X 8mm bolts have trouble going through, you may want to use the Awl attachment typically found on a large Leatherman tool to slightly widen the hole entry.

No other changes were made that would affect the original model's support requirements.  I'd strongly suggest using concentric supports.  This will especially allow the screw hole supports to be easily pushed out using a small screwdriver or spudger.  PrusaSlicer may complain about missing edges, but it does not affect the final print in any noticeable way.
