Mini Japanese fan keychain

A multipart Japanese fan(mini) keychain. The simple interlocking fan “blades” make it easy to open and close in a single slide. This is a small fan compared to real ones so the trick to get better wind is slow but big swings.

Instructions

1. Print Fan Type A x 9 [Black in the picture]
2. Print Fan Type B x 9 [White in the picture]
3. Print the pin and holders x 1
4. Place Type A & Type B alternatively on top of each other to create the lock
5. Carefully pass the pin through the holes(or just use the pin to do step 4)
6. Use the holders to snap-fit the pin in place
7. Make sure the pins are fit or the locking might not work. If your printer tolerance is not that great use super glue to fix the pins together

This is the first version and also included are step files for fine-tuning if needed.
