Bowden PTFE tube Clamp with bridge fix

I added a 0.16mm bridge layer to avoid the mess of printing in thin air. If your printer can remotely print bridges, this will print cleaner than the original and the cleanup is easier.

The design itself did wonders on my retraction, couplers kept slipping on me but for now this addition holds the tube rock steady.
