I saw a bunch of 10in server racks when looking to get started with a HomeLab to tinker. Everything was built on an ender 3v2 so some parts have to print solo at an angle to accommodate the bed size. I used overture PLA
The Lenovo thinkcenter shelf needed to be split to be printed so i included both files(solid and front panel separate for size constraints
everything else was design and print as I went, everything is really beefy on the design front so shelves don't sag at all(aka way over engineered and thicker than needed)
As with anything its a complete work in progress forever and i learned a lot on the way and will continue to tinker with it and allow it to grow
please leave any feedback as its much appreciated
The rails came from Penn Elcom Penn Elcom 6U Full Hole Rack Strip with Square Holes 2mm/0.08" R0863/2MM-06 PennElcomOnline.com
i used standard cang nuts for the front and then ran out so i made my own version and used machine screws for the back no. 8 x ½ that thread right into the mount
