If you keep forgetting whether or not you have taken your medicine for the day, this is for you.
There are 5 toggle switches (I use one for each pill I take in the morning). On an even numbered day of the month, when first looking at the switches you should see all of them in the up position for the 0 column, for each pill you take press down on a switch in that column. This will also reset the odd column so that the next day you will know whether or not you still need to take the pills. The even/odd system does cause some issues when, for instance, going from March 31 to April 1, but only having to remember for 1 out of every 60 days is better than every day.
I recommend using a brim for this print, and the STEP file will need to be scaled by 1.25 in order for the mechanism to work (the program I used to design it did some weird stuff with the scaling so I had to export the final STL from PrusaSlicer. A .3mf file of how I printed it is included
