COVID - ONX Protective Shield (16/20 shields per day on i3 MK3S!)

This is a protective shield optimised for fast printing on FFF 3D Printers without supports from PET-G.

STL models for printing 1, 8 and 10 shields at once.

Printing 1 shield (top+bottom) takes only about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Printing 8 shields (tops+bottoms) takes only about 11 hours and 30 minutes.

Printing 16 shields (tops+bottoms) takes only about 23 hours and 5 minutes.

Printing 20 shields (tops only) takes about 22 hours and 22 minutes.

One shield (top+bottom) weights about 19 grams only.

Bottom part is optimised for using with 150um or 200um transparency films.

If you want to use this shield for health protection (for example against Covid-19) always use disinfection before and after use!

It was insipred by Prusa Face Protective Shield RC2. Dimensions are compatible with Prusa's visor.
