This collection of parts builds on the work of Eric Lam (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4906237).
There are two mount designs for each extruder - Eric's original captive nut design, and a modified one for heatset inserts.
The breakout boards are modified to offset them slightly to allow more room for the new 4020 fan mounts, and to have a slot underneath to run wires for fans.
The fan mounts are custom - a mash-up of some ducts with a new top mount.
The left fan mount also has a mount-point for BLTouch.
BLTouch NOZZLE_TO_PROBE offsets I use are (-42, -28, -0.827), PROBING_MARGIN 50.
Printed on Artist D Pro (prior to upgrade)
0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.
Fan mounts printed in PETG for slightly higher heat resistance.
Due to the shape, a raft may be suitable for the fan mounts, along with some custom supports for the fan outlets.
UPDATES;
If you intend to use your Artist-D at ABS temperatures, you will need to print these parts in ABS as well. PLA and PETG will deform at ABS temperatures.
With this in mind, I have added a new single piece RIGHT mount (v8) that works better in ABS, as shrinkage mage it difficult to fit the zAdjustment plate into the right adapter mount.
There is also an updated LEFT fan mount with better tolerances, and getting the BLTouch mount a tiny bit closer to the print nozzle.
