Tree and Snowflake 2013 Ornament

Christmas tree with a snowflake. The snowflake is gimbaled to spin on a vertical axis. The design can be printed in two pieces and snapped together, or in a single print either in one color or with dual extrusion.

I designed this ornament to drop in the envelope with our Christmas cards this year, so it's small enough and thin enough to fit in an envelope.

Instructions

There are three STL files: one with the tree and the snowflake as an assembled unit, and one for each part as separate parts. All parts are designed to print without support.

The STL for the assembled ornament can be used if you want to print the whole thing at once in a single color.

The STL files for the separate parts should work for dualstrusion, but I haven't tested this.

The photo shows the tree printed in dark green and the snowflake in transparent. These were printed separately and snapped together.
