Star Trek - Starfleet Insignia (2390s)

This is the Starfleet Insignia of the 2390s in Star Trek as seen in Star Trek: Picard, Voyager (slightly different there) and several others.

I couldn't find a fitting model to print online, so I just created one.

Creation

I firstly reconstructed a vector file in Adobe Illustrator using this file from Memoy Alpha as a base. 

Afterwards, I exported the background (the two colums) and foreground motives into two seperate DXF files.
I had problems with the extrusion not creating a solid object when using a single, combined file.

Following that, I imported the two DXF into two seperate draft layers in Fusion 360, creating the extrusions from there, adding some chamfers and exporting it as STEP-File.

Slicing has been done in PrusaSlicer 2.5.
