This adapter allows you to use your Sony E/FE lenses on your Micro Four Thirds camera for macro photography.
Because of the difference in the depths of the mounts for Sony and M4/3, and the thickness of this adapter, this adapter is equivalent to adding a 10.25mm extension tube to your Sony lens. So focusing to infinity will be completely impossible, you can't even get close, this adapter is only useful for macro photography.
Longer lenses will get less magnification, and shorter lenses will get more.
Note that if your Sony lens lacks a manual aperture ring, the lens' aperture will be wide-open. You can use a Sony camera to lock the aperture at your desired setting by selecting A (aperture priority) mode, selecting the desired aperture, and then removing the lens from the Sony camera while it is still powered on.

Print at 0.1mm layer height, with 3 perimeters and 13% rectilinear infill. No supports are required. Any of PLA, PETG or ABS should work, I tested ABS.
If you're printing in ABS, note that you will need to adjust the Shrinkage setting in your filament options to compensate for the shrinkage that ABS experiences after printing. To tune this, print the adapter with no compensation and use calipers to measure the diameter of the ring highlighted in blue below:
The ring should ideally measure 41.05mm in diameter. On my printer I had to set the Filament Shrinkage to 99.5% to get the correct dimension here with ABS.
If this ring is too small, the axial fit on the M4/3 mount will be sloppy (it will allow lateral play within the camera's mount) and the fit on the Sony lens will be too tight. If the ring is too large, getting it to seat in the M4/3 camera will be impossible and the Sony lens will be too loose. +-0.05mm is ideal, +-0.10mm is okay, +-0.20mm probably won't work.
Line up the white dot on the Sony lens with the alignment mark in the face of the adapter (highlighted in blue below) and mount it to the lens:
Then screw in a M3 x 6mm dog-point grub-screw (McMaster) in from behind to secure the Sony lens (I bought mine from Misumi-EC with product code SSHN-ST-M3-6). Anything from M3x3 to M3x10 will work.
Don't use the screw to push against the Sony lens, because the screw will start pushing the adapter away from the lens and deforming it. You only have to have the screw tip lightly touch the lens (it just needs to stop it from unscrewing from the adapter when the lens is twisted). In cross section, it'll look like this when installed:
Now you can line up the alignment mark on the edge of the adapter (highlighted blue below) with the dot on your M4/3 camera's mount to mount it to the camera. Be sure to listen for the click of the camera's lock pin engaging to ensure it is successfully locked to your camera:
