Replacement Parts for Black+Decker ¾" Spring Clamp

These parts are modeled after the ¾" spring clamp from Black+Decker® and are 100% compatible. The models can be scaled up for larger clamps but through-hole diameters may not match original part dimensions in that case.

One of my original clamps broke near the hinge bevel and I had another with a missing pad. I painstakingly modeled this after the original for form and fit. The photo doesn't show the teeth which were added afterward.

ABS/PETG is recommended for the arm and ABS/PETG or TPU for the pad. Print each part on its side (with the through-hole facing vertically) using supports.

The original spring and hinge bolt+nut are required.
