This is modifed version of the initial vase mode design. Primary goal was to reduce print times and plastic use for PLA disposable printing... This design compared to RC2 uses 3 to 4 times less plastic and is usable... It is much improved vase version improving strength and printability, providing stack of 6 shields with separation layers. 4 pins for the front transparent shield were optimized for overhangs. Some errors in design were fixed where original vase print would break in critical points.

Currently this prints reliably only with 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle...
Please use PV_06N_9Pc for 0.6 nozzle stack of 9 print in 4 hours...

We are currently printing this with Prusas i3 MK3, Creality Ender-5 and Ultimaker 2 printers... It is proven to work on those however some modifications in print profiles...

Currently this prints with 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle...

For 0.6 nozzle use PV_06N_9Pc design!

Print is designed to work with 0.4 nozzle and gcodes provided are sliced for it and these are settings:

Spiralize (Vase Mode)
Layer Height: 0.3 mm
Extrusion Width: 0.5 mm
Speed: 65 mm/s
Extrusion Multiplyer: 1.2
Infill: 0%
Top Layers: 0
Bottom Layers: 0
