Ender 3 v2 front electronics mod

I wasn't a fan of the drawer on the E3V2 and needed a place for my Pi and power distribution board, this is that.

Includes a button to turn on/off the machine via octoprint+relay on the front as well as a 2.5mm jack for a timelapse trigger.
