The Meshlicious is a great ITX case, in no small part because it supports a 280mm radiator mounted to the front panel. Unfortunately, mounting a radiator and fans inside the front panel makes the inside really cramped, and I found it difficult to route the PSU cables (I initially bought the Arctic Liquid Freezer II, and it wouldn't even fit inside - the EK AIO is a much better fit but still not ideal). So, I designed this 25mm front extension that lets you mount the fans on the outside of the case and still snap the front grill on.
The extension comes in two identical parts, so print the single file twice. As you can see in the pictures, it supports two 140mm fans that are 25mm thick (full size).
Mounting it to the case requires 4 screws.
Either way, remove the 6 plastic retaining clips from the front of the case before attaching. You can reuse these and snap them into the extension, or (I recommend) print six of RGI's Meshlicious clips and use those (so if you ever want to remove the front extension you can just toss the whole thing without fishing the plastic clips back out).
The Meshlicious kinda rules, I really like how flexible this case is. Other recommended Meshlicious prints:
EDIT 18 Dec 2022: Added a new version with channel cutouts to make it easier to route the fan cables.
EDIT 15 Apr 2023: as requested, adding a 30mmm thick version and STEP files
