Needed door wedges for Active Shooter Kits at work. Department could no afford to buy them at the moment so I remixed one to fit our needs. It is very similar to a door wedge you can buy for $20 a piece. I printed 13 of them for $20 roll of PETG so win in my book. It can be used in the door jam over the hinge but also a wedge at the base of the door. We are looking at possibly dipping the back in a rubber solution (ie: Flex Seal or some kind of liquid rubber) for better grip on tile flooring. But if you wedge it in the bottom of a door (keeping your foot on the back) and pull towards you with the door handle it will stay with no problem.
Printed with 5 walls and 40% gyroid infill. Used Cura fuzzy skin to add more texture. All were printed in PETG since they will be stored in our vehicles.
