The toilet rolls that they ordered at my work didn't have holes in the center to fit our dispensers. Since TP is out of stock just about everywhere at the moment. We decided to use them anyway and had several people try to come up with a temporary roll holder. This is the roll holder I came up with.
I printed my first one in PETG at 0.52mm layer height with a 0.6mm nozzle. 4 perimeters and 20% infill.
I will likely reduce the layer height on subsequent ones now that I know the design works. Several of the overhangs didn't fair too well.
The Knob needs to be printed at a lower layer height due to the threads. Mine required quite a bit of cleanup before it would fit. I would recommend no greater than 0.32mm with a 0.6mm nozzle.
If the knob doesn't fit with your tolerances, you can scale it on the X and Y axis by a few percent to adjust the fit.
