PrusaSlicer profile for Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (0.4mm) BS 01.02.00.09

This printer profile is a copy of the profile from Bambu Studio (01.02.00.09), with the placeholders and variables adjusted to fit the PrusaSlicer style rather than the Bambu Studio style.

The linear advance (flow calibration) is not included as it requires hardcoding for a specific filament/printing profile, or placeholders for the start G-code that don't exist in Prusaslicer.
ABL is included and will happen for every print.

The start G-code has also been slightly modified to fix a bug, and the layer change code adds timelapse commands.

The machine profile file presumes for the bed image that you're on Windows, and that you have Bambu Studio installed in the default location. You'll need to correct this if that's not the case.

Oh, and there is no protected keep-out zone bottom left, so don't put models there unless you've performed the physical modifications to use that space (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/print-volume-limitations), or you might break things/accidentally cut your filament.
