Note: Update available here: Pocket Screwdriver Kit v2
I picked up a pocket screwdriver kit similar to this at a tradeshow many years ago, and I wanted another one so here it is. The bits fit in snugly and the cover snaps closed.
No supports required (but you might need a brim for the outer case). Print in three pieces then glue the insert and handle together using the alignment nubs. You will also want to glue a tiny magnet in end of the case to hold the bit in place when using the screwdriver.
Disc magnet for the tip should be no larger than 6mm x 1mm – thicker magnets will hold the bits too strong. E.g., https://amzn.com/dp/B01NAL9I5H/
Any straight ¼" / 6mm bits should work, up to ~ 1" / 25mm in length. E.g., https://amzn.com/dp/B09T9H1DFC/
Update:
Added extra-tolerance-handle.3mf with an extra 0.2 mm tolerance to glue the bit insert to the handle a little easier. You may want to start with this one as opposed to the handle piece in the original file.
