I have placed my Repbox on top of my enclosure and wanted a neater way for manage the 5 PTFE tubes going to the mmu.  4.2mm holes added in PrusaSlicer for 4mm tubes.  3mf file provided so negative volume cylinder can be modified for different tube diameters.
