E3D V6 Nozzle box remix

I flipped the hinge/catch around. Two copies of the base, original and my edited version. 

Hinge: 

Inside hinge is looser than outside so it pivots smoothly. Just push some 1.75mm filament between hinges.

Upstream Printing Instructions:

The print requires no supports however the attached g-code has the following 3 filament swaps you should add to your print if you wish for multi-color accents:

1. Layer 5 (This will accent the nozzle on the top case)
2. Layer 8 (To return to you main printing color)
3. Layer 46 (Accent the text and collar of the nozzle inserts)

*Note: This is assuming you slice at  0.2mm layers.
