Chick Toy

This 3d model is a toy for children. As the handle is turned the top part of the egg rises to show the chick inside. The toy uses a cam and a riser to lift the egg.

Print instructions

Gluing:
• Glue the white eyes, 2 beak pieces and the bottom part of the egg onto the chick.
• Glue the chick to the top of the box using the pins on the bottom of the chick.

Assembly:
The box:
• Push the bottom pin into the front and back of the box.
• Put the vertical riser in through the square hole in the top of the box.
• Put the top of the box on.
The handle and cam:
• Put the box on its side.
• Pull the vertical riser up so it’s out of the way to add the cam.
• Push the cam rod through the hole in the back of the box.
• Slide the cam onto the rod it will stop half way.
• Push the cam rod out the hole at the font of the box.
• Push the handle on till it sits against the front of the box.
Top of Egg:
• Slide the top part of the egg on to the vertical riser.
• That’s it.
