This model was recreated based upon user Laurens model “cigarette container with lighter”- but I wanted one to hold a full sized lighter and 100 sized cigarettes. I also wasn't overly fond of the amount of threads on it. I went back to the drawing board and created this guy. Works great- threads were printed with supports but they aren't strictly needed. I just ended up getting some loose strands without, so I reprinted with snug supports.
I added one model with the top and bottom in the proper printing orientation (together) and the top piece and base piece alone (in case you want to print separately)..
I added a couple of gcode files with settings that work for me. Your milage may vary- One was using Prusament PETG with recommended settings, snug supports for the threads, and 25% infill to make it a little more sturdy. The other was for generic PLA settings, same supports and infill.
Edit: Wanted to come back to say that this little holder holds up very well with everyday use. It holds the cigarettes very close, and dare I say it might be waterproof? Certainly would survive getting caught in the rain better than a pack would. There is no seal, but when you tighten the threads down, it's highly unlikely any harm would come to your exspensive friends. 😁
