Labyrinths have been around for more than 4000 years across all continents. They were mostly carved in stone, on tablets made of clay and engraved on coins. Nowadays, thanks to 3D Printing, we can update and upgrade this "old" technology, in order to be used by "seekers of truth" in our modern times.

This "technology" has been used by many cultures and religions across time and space, for its meditative inducing properties. Depending on ones belief system, there are multiple ways of using it. With the help of a mantra, prayer or any other positive auto-suggestive phrases combined with focus on the breathing, the body will relax and the mind will calm down.
Especially, during this troubled times,the benefits of a relaxed body and mind could be of much help in enhancing the immune system.

Three options:

Option A) Finger Labyrinth Meditation

Find a quiet place at home or in a park.
1). Close your eyes. Breath in and out three times slightly deeper than normal and relax. Open slowly your eyes when ready. Focus on the entrance to the labyrinth;
2). Use your dominate hand and position the tip of your pointer finger on the entrance to the labyrinth;
3). Slowly trace the pattern of the labyrinth with your finger allowing the mind to clear from the inner chatter and focus solely on following the path of the labyrinth;
4). Once the center of the labyrinth is reached, rest for a moment. Close your eyes. Breath in and out three times slightly deeper than normal and relax. Open slowly your eyes when ready. Observe how you feel and what kind of thoughts come to your mind. Here you can be creative. (one can use prayers, mantra, meditation exercises like inhaling and exhaling 10 times, etc.)
5). Slowly retrace your path out of the labyrinth focusing on your finger and your breath.
6). Repeat steps 1 to 5 with the other hand.
7). Close your eyes. Breath in and out three times slightly deeper than normal and relax. Observe your feelings and thoughts. When ready open your eyes slowly and you are back from this wonderful inner journey!

Note: Make sure you finish the meditative journey once it is started!

Option B). Pencil Labyrinth Meditation
Instead of finger use a pen or pencil.

This labyrinth was designed to accommodate in its tracks a ball bearing 7 mm in diameter (the one coming with MK3S and MMU). This ball will not fall out once it is inserted through the round hole found at the bottom of the labyrinth. Also, smaller sizes could be used and pushed around with a pen. Enjoy!
