Here is the explanation to address some comments regarding the hole orientation.

The reason I chose horizontal orientation, which results in many bridges when printing, is that in my experience, small and thin vertical parts are very difficult to print. They often experience heat creep or shaking during the printing process, and even if you print them very slowly, the print quality is not always guaranteed. 

On the other hand, while printing bridges sounds challenging, it is actually much easier if the bridge length is taken into consideration in the design phase.
