Air Conditioning Louvre to suit Advantage Air Vent

My air conditioner was blowing not enough air into my room, and what air it was blowing was blowing at either a cupboard or straight out the door. The air conditioner vent is an Advantage Air with the vent itself having outer dimensions of about 280x280mm.

I designed this louvre to blow more air by virtue of having each grille twice as far apart as the originals (no CFD, just a guess), and at a 45 degree angle, so it was pointing at me.

This louvre is not adjustable like the factory one was.
