I increased the diameter and added a little bump so the filament is better held in position. Push the filament in until you hear a clear “click” when it snaps into position.
Printed with PLA in 0.3 mm draft, 2 perimeters, 0 top/bottom layers. PrusaSlicer project and GCode filers contain 12 pcs of the clip.
FreeCAD file included for easy remixing. ;)
Update: Added files for PETG because PLA couldn't stand the heat when drying PETG spool in the oven.
