I have a Klim TK1200 modular helmet which is super nice and light, but Sena doesn't make 10U style microphone inserts for it, so I designed one.
You will likely have to fool around with your print settings for a bit to get the right surface finish as the print is very thin (about 4 layers). I remove the print with a thin knife when the build platform hits around 50C, this puts a slight bend in the microphone section which helps aim it at your mouth. You may need to heat and bend to adjust.
I added a cable retainer as well to keep cables tidy. The insert installs in the cheek pad and is held in place by the rear stud (see pictures), after sliding under one of the cheek pad plastic backing cut outs.
