5015-4010 blower adapter for Satsana E3V2 fan duct

Adapter is to fit a 4010 blower fan to the 5015 fan duct model (with BL touch bracket) for the Ender3 v2 by Jargogler. Temporary solution with the intent to upgrade to a 5015 blower at a later stage without having to reprint a new fan duct.
