This is a simple connector to make a DIY hourglass made from common plastic bottles. Use it to make sure you wash your hands long enough every time (at least 20 seconds).

Ideally, you can use small plastic bottles (eg. 250ml) or cut large ones to size (like I did, since they were all I had and I didn't want to leave my quarantine just to buy some smaller bottles). Close the ends with a custom printed part or any thin sheet material that can be cut and glued to the bottle.

For the medium I used salt, but use whatever you have. Add as much medium as needed. Does not work with fluids.

Print instructions

I used Prusament ASA (260°C/108°C) @ 80mm/s with print cooling fans always on. Does not need support.
