Biohazard Steering Wheel for Pedal Car

This wheel was designed to replace an aging steering wheel for a Kettler Kiddie-O Sport pedal car but the design is likely to work on other models as well.

Since imperial hardware is more common here, this design uses the 5/16 nut for the threaded steering rod, and also two 5/16x1in grub screws, and two 5/16 steel nuts to fasten the wheel to the steering rod.  The rod has ground flats on either side from factory - these will clamp the wheel in place so it's more responsive.  8mm and 5/16 hardware is very similar, so metric hardware may work as well.

Print with at least 2mm wall thickness for strength and rigidity.  And have fun!
