Magnetic Tool Holder Spacers

These Harbor Freight Magnetic Tool Holders are super useful AND inexpensive, but these spacers you bring them to the next level! Use these spacers between your tools so that each tool stays vertical and has a home base for it to go back to. These work perfectly on your French cleat wall.

Various sizes of spacers are provided so that you can achieve the best fit for your own tools.

Some of my bigger router and forstner bits sat too close to the wood backing, so I made some “1/2in risers” to push the bar out from the backing a little bid. Then I made 2 different widths of “deep” risers to use with them.

I used all flat head #6 screws in various lengths to attach these spacers to the backing.
