I've built the TZB MMU2S filament buffer which requires 10 PTFE couplers with R1/8 thread. In my setup, I want to be able to quickly connect and disconnect the five tubes, so I've designed this solution where the tubes are all clamped simultaneously with one clamp. It's only necessary to use the clamp on the couplers connecting the buffer to the printer. On the other side, it is sufficient to just slide in the PTFE tube.

Note that the male and female parts of the clamp are supposed to be printed together with the hinge assembled (it can't be assembled or disassembled afterwards). In order to facilitate this, I have added one PrusaSlicer 3mf file with the parts assembled as well as one extra STL with the parts assembled.
