Blackview BL6000 pro motorcycle holder

This is a BlackView BL6000pro smartphone holder for motorcycle. It need to be paired with a motorcycle  interface mount.

Features : 

• Designed to fit a BL6000 pro with a cheap silicon case with tight tolerances : It's easy to fit the phone on the holder, but it will not vibrate. if you have the proper silicon case with this design. (Note that there is a test part to verify one of the tolerance before printing the full part).
• Not designed for a BL6000 without silicon case.
• 4 mm thickness to have a sturdy design.
• 4-Hole AMPS GPS pattern to use mount on a GPS interface such as a Ram-Mount or SW-Motech etc.
• The phone is secured with 2 25kg elastic strap. There is no way for him to escape. Even if that's « elastic » strap.
• Holes to access to any button of the phone, and also for all the features to work well (microphone, speaker, usb-c socket).
• Hole on the back for the luminosity sensor.
• He can be unlocked with 1 hand, but I prefer to remove my gloves for that.
• 2 systems to prevents vibration and damages to the phone camera stabilizer.
  1. A layer of foam.
  2. 4 TPU 3d printed spacer.
• There is a circle embossed to fit a NFC tag on it at the exact location of the BL6000 pro sensor. That's interesting if you want to bind some specific action when fitting the phone on your bike.

The pictures depicted are on a 701 sm with a chinese GPS 4 screw mount. I also tried with a Ram mount AMPS interface and it work the same.

Parts / furnitures : 

• ASA, ABS or PETG for the 2 main parts.
• TPU for the 4 anti-vibration spacers.
• 2 Insert threads for the main lever mechanism.
• 2 screw for the for the main lever mechanism.
• 2 Strap / Elastic.
• Some Anti vibration foam. (optionnal)
• 4 screws & 4 lock nut to lock the holder on the AMPS device.

Before printing, you need to source 2 straps from a store. I used 25kg tent elastics. I mesured 8cm of lenght without stretching them. Please see the picture to know how I mesured them. 

They are inserted while printing and can't be removed. But you can fit any elastic that you sourced and lock them with a knob if you want to print without any pause.

Twe two screws of the main mecanism were locked on the insert thread with superglue.
