I printed out the test print at 50% and 0.12mm layer heights, if printing larger I'd suggest 0.2mm or larger. Use your best judgement!
If your cooling is adequate (IE, -not- the stock ender 3 scoop blower), you shouldn't need much in the way of supports other than below the crotch and maybe around the neck.
Started with a goofy sketch (as shown above), then brought that into Blender 2.8. Used basic shapes to block out the forms, added subsurf modifiers and proximity loops to smooth them out, applied all modifiers and booleaned it together. After remeshing (using the 2.8 experimental Sculpting Features branch), details were sculpted in. The model was then decimated, exported, and printed!
