I really liked the coaster design, but the top and bottom weren't even, so I flattened it on both sides so that it'd print better and be a nicer top surface to use as a coaster. Just like the original designer, I recommend printing it at 80mm wide (133%) scale to handle anything larger than a pop can.

Printed in high layer detail to capture the wood texture, but not necessary. Also, infill is only so high to give the print some heft to hold it down.
Post-Printing =============I spray painted it with a few passes of "Dark Steel" metallic paint before doing a blackwash and painting the eyes red. Then I sealed it with clear coats before attaching silicone feet for added grip.
