I built a TV set wall with IKEA cabinets with long (80cm) doors held by only two hinges. The momentum put on those hinges makes the doors sag over time. Additionally, my kids are not always careful operating those doors putting additional weight on them.
To prevent wear and tear of the hinges while the doors are closed, I made those simple helpers that one can easily attach to the doors with two-sided tape.
The doors can then rest on those helpers, removing some stress from the hinges. So the doors always look perfectly aligned when closed.
They have a wedge shape at the front that guides the doors into position even if they sag a bit.
I've printed the clip (twelve in total) using zero infill, zero top and bottom layers but four perimeters. Although I used an e3d Revo 0.8mm nozzle, you should be able to achieve similar results with smaller nozzles. Increase the perimeter count if needed and print the helpers with 0.2mm layer height or whatever floats your boat.
