Not everyone has flexibles lying around but we all have PLA and probably PETG. I wouldn't recommend using on your best china but will do in a pinch!

Printed in PLA and surprisingly flexible. Just about fits on the bed of a Prusa Mini. Designed for a 0.4mm nozzle other nozzle size may need a redesign. A lot of testing went into bristle spacing. Optimised for FFF printers and comes in left and right handed (although both are fine in either hand)

I'd recommend for cleaning surfaces and pans without a non-stick coating. Test surface before use.

Treat as disposable. 3D print plastics are porous and will harbour more dirt and germs than materials designed for purpose. Test on inconspicuous surface.

Be patient with the .f3d.

Print instructions

Tested:
Generic PLA (PETG coming)
PrusaSlicer Default Settings
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm Speed MK3 (layers must be 0.2mm or below)
10% Grid Infill (personal preference)
(Remove skirt for Mini)

Mirror in slicer if needed.

Recommend using side cutters to remove support wall.

Cut the bristles along each row and then cut between support layers to free bristle row (shown in last picture).
