I saw some of the toothpaste tube squeezers and thought there's room to improve. So here's brief description of this ratchet toothpaste tube squeezer:

  • ratchet mechanism ensures the tube doesn't unwind
  • no supports
  • just 4 parts which clicks into each other, no glue etc. needed, no part will get lost when swapping tubes
  • fits 55mm wide tube
  • shaft printed horizontally to prevent snapping
  • toothpaste tube shape
  • easy to assemble and use

I recommend to print out the Shaft and Ratchet in PETG.

If you don't have a 3D printer and want one of these, don't worry, I am also selling these on my Etsy shop!

Check out the assembly and how to use video here:

As always, multiple formats are available including .stl, .3mf, .step and .obj.

I also prepared .stl and .3mf with all parts preloaded and in their correct orientation.

UPDATE 9.2. 2023 - V2 version

  • stiffened body
  • body also connected on top - shaft rotates smoother and doesn't get caught on
  • larger toothpaste opening on the body with chamfer for easier insertion
  • shaft tolerances adjusted
  • reworked handle for better experience

Cheers!
