Slotted handle hooks

Offcenterness of the original, was a bit of a thorn in my eye. So I removed it.  This way it can be printed without support.

First version, I only took out the front. But most of the other inserts I used were sticking out a bit. In version 2 I added that couple of millimeters back, so these have a similar look.
