Titan Extruder Idler Lever Artillery X1 sidewinder

I found myself in the circumstance of designing this piece with priority, since it stopped a mass production.

Design based on the damaged original part with some improvements for its correct operation.

The design adjusts to the pressure, I recommend sanding the holes a little, but do not lose that pressure so that it holds the components it carries well.

Below I will attach some images that show in detail that it had to vary in order for this piece to fit the version of the printer I have.

Print it before the next piece breaks at any time.

I recommend manufacturing it in ABS for its properties, manufacturing it in PLA despite being the most economical option is not appropriate since with the heat of the extruder it could easily deform at any time. The support that carries this piece is minimal, it admits 15% of filling or less to remove it easily. Print it before the next piece breaks at any time. Like and Share
