Compatible for (at least) these IBM servers:
Fits 2.5" HDDs and SSDs with a maximum height of 15mm.
Included is a version that requires (countersunk) screws and a screw-less one that clips into place without screws.
Due to the tight clearances in the server, the screws need to have a very shallow head. The screw-less version clips onto the drive, but this requires good tolerances on the 3D print.
The tray is held in the server with friction, so pushing them in or pulling them out might require a bit of force. If the fit is too tight, the tabs on the side can be sanded down a bit to reduce the friction.
I took some measurements from this model: https://3dtoday.ru/3d-models/gadgets/computers/salazki-ibm-lenovo-25-hdd-tray-caddy-for-ibm-x3850
