Where we live, power goes out a lot.  “Like a-lot a-lot”.  The real problem is when it comes back on - or tries to come back on, rapid fire bursts, voltage issues, etc..  After the last outage and the loss of some equipment I had a need and the need turned into a design and the design turned into this…

Basically an Arduino Micro Pro, a relay and an LED.  When power comes on it waits 30 seconds before turning on the relay.  If power flips in the interim, no worries, the counter just resets.

I used PLA and since this was a test I ran everything at .35 (you might notice some “issues” with the center top arc on the one bracket).
