Basically an Arduino Micro Pro, a relay and an LED. When power comes on it waits 30 seconds before turning on the relay. If power flips in the interim, no worries, the counter just resets.

I used PLA and since this was a test I ran everything at .35 (you might notice some “issues” with the center top arc on the one bracket).
