It has come to my attention that there may be a different model of AMS that this 3D model does not fit. Please check if the tabs are the larger or smaller ones before printing. Thanks

Bambu lab AMS Tray to hold loose Silica Gel

Print Pairing (Look at the Folders and use V2 for old AMS and V4 for New AMS With longer tabs !)

• V2 Dessicant Tray Holder With Cover Orginal Tabs
• V4 Dessicant Tray Holder With Cover Long Tabs (Thanks Gabrielcr78)
   

Notes:

• Use Tree support for printing cover.
• New Narrow Tree supports work too (Bambu_Studio_win-v01.05.00.60).
• Use Brim. Small initial contact surface.
• Print files individually, it's a tight tolerance.
• Both designs should be able to fit under original AMS Desiccant Covers.
• Support is tricky to remove. Please be patient. Take note of the 5 points circled in the picture for removal of support. You will want to cut away the bigger chunks first before slowly removing the finer support piece. (Old Tree Support Pic Below)

Ive updated a revision of the Desiccant Tray to V4. Many Thanks to gabrielcr78 who made the changes to the design, and for confirming the fitting.

Removing V2 and V3 of long tab version. Please print V4 if you have the long tabs version for the AMS.

Firstly, Thanks for the community feedback on the new AMS, I have now posted a V3 version for the longer tabs for the AMS. I am unable to test those out so please let me know if it works. I will be removing the V2 long tab version in April 2023 as it does not fit, but at the mean time Ill leave it up for download.

I have made some changes to the design of the Desiccant Tray for the Longer Tabs AMS, and some fixes on the original design due to default slicing parameters

Comparison of longer tab (Cover in Black) and Original Tab (Holder in White)

V1 Fixes:

I have noticed that Bambu lab slicer changed the default wall settings to 0.42mm for the 0.4mm nozzle causing some of the prints not to have the tabs on the lid. 

I have updated the thickness to match 0.42 with the V2 so it should not be an issue with default slicing. Unless bambulab change the wall thickness again.
